We’ve been putting a lot of care into this Foothills sale, and as we’ve been working through the house, we realized we needed just a little more time to do it justice — so the sale has been pushed back one week. I’m truly sorry for the delay, and I appreciate your patience. This home is full of mid‑century charm, and I really do believe it’s worth the wait.

This Foothills home has all the mid‑century character people love: clean lines, warm wood tones, and pieces that have been well cared for over the years. As we move through the rooms, we’re uncovering a great mix of furniture and everyday essentials that fit right into that classic vintage feel.

The kitchen is stocked with useful items, and the garage and garden areas have a solid selection of tools and supplies.
